Four Boats, Lake II

A tranquil mountain lake reflects the imposing peaks of the Dolomites, partially veiled by soft clouds. The calm water, a deep green, holds several wooden boats gently moored near the shore. Towering rocky slopes rise dramatically from the water's edge, some streaked with pale scree and patches of forest. The diffused light from the overcast sky lends a quiet, contemplative atmosphere to this alpine landscape.
